New Loratadine is indicated for the relief of the nasal and non-nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial). New Loratadine is indicated also for the management of chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug Pregnancy and lactation Children under the age of 12 years
It may cause pharyngitis, dry mouth, fatigue, nausea, and rarely elevated liver enzymes.
Dosage and Administration:
New Cbratadine can be taken with or without food as follows:
Adults and children above 12 years 5mg once daily.
In patients with liver or renal impairment, a starting dose of one tablet 5mg every other day is recommended.
A box of 20 film coated tablets.
