Description
Indications:
Infections caused by susceptible organism where a mixed infection is present and includes penicillin resistant staphylococci
Contraindication:
- Hypersensitivity to penicillin or cephalosporins
- Babies born of hypersensitive mothers in neonatal period
- The oral dosage form not recommended for chronic or sever infections
Side Effects:
G.I disturbances, pruritus, urticaria, rash fever
Dosage and Administration:
- Adults: 1 capsule 4 times daily
- Children: 5 ml 4 times daily
How Supplied:
- AMICLOXAN Capsules: boxes of 20 or 250 capsules
- AMICLOXAN Dry powder for Suspension: bottles of 60 or 100 ml.
