Description
Indications:
- Short term treatment of active duodenal ulcer and active benign gastric ulcer
- Maintenance therapy of duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer patients
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and Systemic Mastocytosis
- Treatment of GERD
- Treatment of endoscopically diagnosed Erosive Esophagitis
- Maintenance of healing of erosive esophagitis
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the drug components.
Dosage and Administration:
For Adults:
- Active duodenal ulcer and Benign gastric ulcer: 2 teaspoonful twice daily
- Maintenance of healing duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer: 2 teaspoonful at bed time
- Zollinger-Ellision syndrome: 2 teaspoonful twice daily
- GRED: 2 teaspoonful twice daily
- Erosive Esophagitis: 2 teaspoonful 4 times daily
- Maintenance of healing Erosive Esophagitis: 2 teaspoonful twice daily
Pediatric Use:
- Active duodenal ulcer and Benign gastric ulcer: 2-4 mg/kg once daily
- Maintenance of healing duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer: 2-4 mg/kg once daily
- Treatment of GERD and Erosive Esophagitis:5-10mg/kg/day
Dosage adjustment for patients with impaired renal function:
If creatinine clearance<50ml/min: 2 teaspoonful every 24 hour
