Description
Indications:
- Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)
- Recent MI, Recent Stroke, or Established Peripheral Arterial Disease
Contraindication:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the drug components.
- Active pathological bleeding such as peptic ulcer
Side Effects:
Epistaxis, hematuria, bruise, hematoma, and gastroinstenal hemorrhage
Dosage and Administration:
Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS):
- For patients with non-ST elevation: initiation of single dose 300 mg and then continued with 75 mg once daily
- For patients with ST elevation Myocardial Infarction: 75 mg daily
Recent MI, Recent Stroke, or Established Peripheral Arterial Disease
- 75 mg once daily
How Supplied:
- CLOBEDEN 75: boxes of 10 or 20 or 30 tablets
- CLOBEDEN 300: boxes of 4 or 10 or 30 tablets
