Description
Indications: headache, period pain, neuralgia, toothache, and rheumatic pain.
Contraindication:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the drug components.
- Sever liver disease
- Patients below 18 years of age who undergo tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
- Lactation
- Children less than 12 years
- In patients for whom it is known they are CYP2D6 ultra-rapid metabolizers.
Side effects:
nausea, vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, sweating, skin rashes and other allergic reactions.
Dosage and administration:
Adults: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours if required, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children aged 16 to 18 years: 1 or 2 tablets every 6 hours when necessary up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children aged 12 to 15 years: 1 tablet every 6 hours when necessary up to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours.
How supplied:
Boxes of 20 or 32 tablets in blister.
